2. Non-Refundable Fee

Please be advised that the course fee of Rs. 5000/- is non-refundable under any circumstances. By signing this consent letter, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. Participation and Commitment

By enrolling in this course, you agree to attend all scheduled sessions and complete all required coursework to the best of your ability. You understand that failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your course fee and/or the inability to complete the course.

5. Consent to Photography/Videography (Optional)

By signing below, you consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the course for promotional or educational purposes by Esthetica Dental Academy.

6. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course and not to disclose any such information to third parties without the express written consent of Esthetica Dental Academy.
